Serhii Merchuk, a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, is constantly drawn to the front, he goes there, but his responsibility is half a thousand people and ensuring law and order here at home. Because he manages the Patrol Police in the Rivne region.

31 years old, originally from Volyn. He graduated from the lyceum with enhanced military physical training. He received his higher education in Chernihiv, a lawyer by profession. From his student years, he headed the branch of the youth organization “National Alliance”. Commandant of camps for orphans of the New Generation Foundation and the HelpUsHelpTheChildren project.
An active participant in the Revolution of Dignity, a member of the 35th Self-Defense Force of the Volyn Sich Maidan.
With the beginning of the war in 2014, he joined the Azov Special Forces Regiment as a volunteer.
In 2015, he became a patrol police officer, worked in Lutsk, Kyiv, and now he is the head of the Patrol Police Department in the Rivne region.
