Step Into the Creative Sisterhood: ACHIEVE CCS Virtual Exhibition Launches

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Virtual Exhibition of the ACHIEVE CCS project. It demonstrates young women’s creativity from across Europe. From visual and performing arts, film and video animation to fashion design, graphic design, and writing, this collection celebrates empowerment, collaboration, and connection.

Unlike a traditional exhibition, the artists were not given a brief. Instead, they were given space, support, and trust to create what inspired them – solo or in teams. This freedom, combined with the collaborative spirit of the ACHIEVE CCS Academy, naturally shaped the exhibition’s theme: a sisterhood of creative women.

Over seven weeks, participants attended female-led workshops on Leadership, Team Management, Networking, Negotiation Skills, and other tools for thriving in cultural and creative sectors. These courses became a playground for collaboration, mutual learning, and exchange of ideas.

The result? 60 creative works by 35 emerging artists from France, Greece, Ireland, Turkey, and Ukraine. Each piece reflects stories of resilience, womanhood, and personal expression. Recurring themes include nature and natural symbols, trauma and resilience, and explorations of identity and belonging.

We are especially proud to highlight the contributions of three talented Ukrainian artists whose work shines on the platform:

Alina Olkhova, Designer, Embroidery Artist, and Cultural Entrepreneur. She combines traditional Ukrainian embroidery techniques with contemporary design. Her pieces bring heritage and modernity together in thoughtful, elegant works.

Olha Shulyk, Designer and founder of Shulyk Design. This textile brand from Volyn combines local heritage with contemporary aesthetics. Her work features original ornamentation, hand embroidery, and cuts inspired by traditional clothing. Created using natural fabrics and artisanal production, her pieces reflect sustainability, identity, and a deep respect for tradition.

Inna Zasykalova, Artist and founder of a Lutsk-based studio, transforms stories into physical creations. Her 3D toys, created for the Volyn Academic Regional Puppet Theatre, allow audiences to take a piece of theatrical magic home.

The Virtual Exhibition is more than an online gallery. It’s a space to connect, celebrate creativity, and honor the journeys of young women in CCS. Every artwork tells a story, every artist leaves a mark, and together they form a sisterhood united by imagination, skill, and resilience.
