Before Dawn: Victoria Klymchuk-Dlugach

Our interview heroine says that she lived in a bubble for eight years. But this is a bubble where there was constant talk about the Russian-Ukrainian war, veterans, gains and losses, work for the good of Ukraine.

Unfortunately, her father died in 2014 in Luhansk region. In 2022, the Russians destroyed Irpin, the city in which she lived with her husband.

Victoria Klymchuk-Dlugach, 30 years old. Born and raised in Lutsk. For the past 8 years, she lived with her husband in Kyiv and Irpen.

The daughter of Serhiy Klymchuk, a military volunteer of the “Aidar” battalion, who died in heavy battles in Luhansk region in August 2014, and Svitlana Klymchuk, a tutor for special children and a volunteer.

Head of the program of international technical assistance to Ukraine.

She was an assistant to two people’s deputies, worked with youth and veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

Traveler (visited 27 countries), marathon runner, philosopher by first education and lawyer by second.

On her 30th birthday, she collected UAH 169,000 for the Armed Forces.

Continues to help the Ukrainian army.
